    Lesson: Personal Pronouns
    1. Subject pronouns:

     

    They are placed before the verb.

     

     

    2. Object pronouns:

    They are placed after the verb or after a preposition.

     

    Subject (before the verb)Object (after the verb or a preposition)

    she her

    they them




    3. Gender in English:

    He → masculine (male people)

    She → feminine (female people)

    It → neutral (objects, things, animals when gender is not specified)


    4. Examples:

    Richard is fifteen. → He is fifteen.

    Mary is my best friend. → She is my best friend.

    The pencil is red. → It is red.

    Give the book to me.

    I see him.

    This present is for her.
