    Dictation - Halloween and its Tiramisu recipe

    Find 10 mistakes in this text.
    Instructions :
    1. Peel the pumpekin, remove the seads and cut the flesh into cubes. Steam for 10 minutes.
    2. Melt the buter in a saucepan and add the pumpkin cubes.
    3. Add the vanilla and brown sugar, cook over a very low heat until you get a purée.
    4. Mixe the purée with the mascarpone and caster sugar, whiking for a good 3 minutes.
    5. Baet the egg whites until stif and gently fold into the cream.
    Assemble the tiramisu in transparent glasses.
    6. On a layer of pumpkin cream ( irregulary to ressemble teeth ), break two biscuits into pieces and cover with cream.
    7. Press the back of two marshmallows lighty and add a drop of melted chocolate to make eyes.
    Assemble the tiramisu in transparent glasses.
