    1. Sit up in your chair.Close your eyes and listen to your own breathing.

    2. Start to concentrate on your breath : slowly through your nose,hold the air inside you for a few seconds.

    3. Then breathe out slowly and silently your mouth.

    4. Count each breath as you finish it.after four breaths,start again at 'one'. the whole exercise three times.

    5. The exercise will make your breathing .

    6. It will make you more before you start the exam.

    7. The teacher is going to give me the test paper in a minute or two,and I'm really nervous,that's when I use this breathing exercise.

    8. I just concentrate on breathing slowly and counting.I don't about the room or the people around me.

    9. I always get nervous about exams,but recently,I've started myself to relax with an easy breathing exercise.

    10. I am sure I'll get better as a result.
