    1 teaspoon salt                         1 heaped teaspoon Patak's Madras hot curry paste

    1 teaspoon ground coriander        ½ tube tomato puree

    1 teaspoon chilli powder               3-4 heaped spoons Greek yoghurt

    2 Greek yoghurt

    Juice of a lemon
