    We all nead physical exercise to fanction our best. Getting the right amount of exersice can increase your energy levels and even help you feel better emotionaly. To benefit from exercising, you should eat healthy food, drink plenty of water, and sleep well.
    It should be noted that exercising can help you feel your best both physically and mentally. Exercising makes the body produce indorphens : chemicals that making you feel peaceful and happy. Apart from strangthenin your muscles (including your heart ), it give your body a better shape. More than that, it reduces your risk of developing certain deseeses when you are older.
    Exercising is easier than you might think. Walking, playing sports, dancing, doing push-ups, even streatching _ all these count as exercise.
