    Charlie Chaplin ' s real name is Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin, Jr.
    His nikname was Charlot.
    He was born in London, on 16th April 1889.
    He was an actor, directer, producer and British screen writer.
    He created his character ' the tramps ' (Charlot in French ) in 1914, it was his 1st apearance in public.
    He was maried to 4 different women and had 11 childrens.
    In 1941 he was named best actor for his part in the Great Dictator.
    Charlie Chaplin was a good actor but never received the famous statu as an Oscar.
    He died on 25th December 1977.
    In 1977 a musium was created in Switserland to honnour him .
