A few animals for you...
Ladybird.........Ladybirds are and have been for very many years a favourite insect of children. |
Dolphin..........Their playful attitude have made them popular in human culture. |
Cat.............Everybody knows cats. They may be helpful in a house. |
Snake.............Some snakes lay eggs, some give birth to live babies. |
Seal.............They breathe air but they can stay in water for a very long time. |
Tiger.............The pattern of stripes is unique to each animal and can be used to identify it. |
Horse.........Horses have always been helpful to men in several fields such as agriculture, sports, police work and other ones. |
Wolf..........Wolves may be protected in some areas or subject to extermination in other ones. |
Cow......Animal that gives its milk to the whole world. |
Spider......Arachnid that a lot of people think to be disgusting and awful, and keep away from home. |
Giraffe......It is able to catch and eat leaves at the top of trees thanks to its long neck. |
Elephant.....It walks on tiptoe, never runs but goes just a little faster. |
Rabbit......That word includes about 20 species. |
Zebra.........The main feature of this animal is its striped coat. |
Lion......The full-grown male generally eats 14 pounds of meat every day. It does not hunt, the lioness goes hunting for everybody. |
Dog........Everyone knows that animal. They are more than 7 millions in France. |
Duck......Children like to watch ducks swimming. |
Crocodile....Those animals are very dangerous but are also protected in many countries. |
Bear.......It reminds people of their teddy bears but it may be dangerous because it is quick and may run at 50 km per hour. |
Butterfly.....It is the symbol of grace and lightness but it is also very fragile. |
