Mayonnaise my way
This is how my mayonnaise is made.
First of all, the egg yolks are beaten in a bowl.
Then the garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper are added.
These ingredients are mixed together well.
Then one drop of oil is added to the mixture.
The mixture is beaten again for a short time.
The process is repeated for a few minutes.
When the mixture is thick, larger drops are added.
At this point, a teaspoon of vinegar is put in (or lemon juice).
The rest of the oil is added slowly, while the mixture is beaten.
Finally, it is seasoned with a little more salt and pepper.
