    After graduating HEC, I joined Logica Business Consulting in 2002, in the Financial Services business . I worked a consultant in the banking sector for 10 years. I realised several organisation and IT projects. Today, I 9 consultants, and I sponsor 4 young people of my team. I am also in the recruitment process and in communication actions, such as students' forum or conventions. Lastly, since 2008, I have been responsible developing business with La Banque Postale, one of the major banks in France.

    Through my consulting experience, I developed a strong functional in operational risks and permanent control, and also transversal expertises such as project management, processes optimisation and change management. From a sector point of view, I worked Retail Banking, Asset Management, Employee Savings Scheme, Factoring and Consumer Credit areas. My internships (16 months total) enabled me develop an expertise in Marketing in the food-processing industry.

    Autonomous and proactive, I enjoy working in a team but I am also capable doing my assignments my own. Consultancy my natural interpersonal skills, my capacity of adaptation, my sense of diplomacy, as well as my ability to build relations with clients and co-workers. Rigorous and well-organised, I have a good capacity of and synthesis, and I demonstrate pragmatism on a basis.
