Aide traduction/but a peanut

Bonjour, je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un pourrait me traduire ces deux phrases
'ain't nothin' but a peanut'
'ain't nothin' to it but to do it'
Ce sont deux phrases qu'un powerlifter utilise très souvent ! :D

'Aint nothin' but a peanut! 'Aint nothin' to do but to do it!
These are American terms. The first can be translated into French as:
C'est fastoche. Ca depends bien sûr, sur la situation car on peut appeller un enfant a peanut aussi.
Le deuxième : Il n'y a rien a faire, mais de le faire. Faisons-le maintenant!
