    Bonsoir !

Je cherche de l'aide pour corriger mes fautes sur ce texte que j'ai rédigé, et éventuellement des explications :

I would say the American people and their society are historically associated with freedom, justice, equality, and opportunity. By the War of Independence and the end of slavery, the American people represent the first nation of human dignity and rights. That’s why patriotism is another characteristic associated with the American People. However, American People are also the symbol of capitalism, individualism and consumer society, because America has become a dominant cultural and economic force in the twentieth century: Marylyn Monroe, Coca-Cola, pin-ups are pictures we have from America. The American society is also multicultural by the several origins of its habitants: Native Americans, colonial settlement, slavery, immigration. However, racism and social inequalities are also associated with the American society, because of the conflicts between people from different culture or religious.
The national identity and Americaness unite people under principles as morality and patriotism. It is important in the American society to assert itself, because of its multicultural characteristics and its pluralist religious culture.

    Merci beaucoup!!
