    Bonsoir,

    Je dois contacter un SAV situé en Irlande.
    Je dois signaler à ce SAV qu'il me manque des pièces suite à une livraison d'un de leur produits.
    Le produit en question est un panneau de basket, dont il me manque la planche et la visserie qui sert à attacher la planche au poteau. Je suis pas sûre du vocabulaire, j'aimerais avoir votre avis sur ce que je compte dire :

    I've got a problem with the delivery of a baskethoop, the backboard and the screw were missing in the box.
    Could you sent me these pieces ? please...
