Hi everybody
I have to translate the following sentence :" Après avoir longuement réfléchi, ils tombérent d'accord"
Here below what I suggest :
"after long thoughts, they agree together"
or
"after a long mind, they get along each other"

"after long thoughts" : OK
Par contre il y a un problème avec les temps : "ils tombèrent" donc tu ne peux pas mettre un présent.

Je suggère:
"After much thought..."
"After much/long deliberation..."
"After much/long consideration..."
ou peut-etre
"After much reflection on the subject..."
et
"...they decided to agree"
"...they decided they agreed" (un peu different)
"...they came to an agreement"
