Sport (correction)

Bonjour toute le monde. Cette année je suis en deuxième a l' école en Espagne en je commence à avoir du travail.
Je vous propose cette petite rédaction.Elle est-elle bien?
Sport and exercise are an important part of my live because I do a lot of exercise.
When I wake up in the mornings I go to run. Running is very good for my healthy, I feel very good, and my body is fast and flexible.
In the afternoons I go to play football with some friends. Football is fantastic and for me it is physical, fast, and a little dangerous and violent. But anyway, football is exciting, and I like exciting things in my live.

When I wake up in the mornings I go to run<=(gérondif). Running is very good for my healthy,<=(le nom, pas l'adjectif) I feel very good, and my body is fast and flexible.
In the afternoons I go to play<=(gérondif) football with some friends. Football is fantastic and for me it is physical, fast, and a little dangerous and violent. But anyway, football is exciting, and I like exciting things in my live.<=(bis !)

Merci beaucoup pour votre correction. Évidement je ne suis pas très fort a l´écrit, mais avec votre aide j´espère arriver un jour.
Et en relation avec la forme -ing, j' y vais tout de suite.
