A small exercise (correction)

Good morning everybody!
Could you correct my work please? M y exercise is this one: each of these sentences has a grammar mistake. Find the mistake, then write the correct sentence.
( I must give this exercises for Monday, I write just the sentence that il don't know)
if there is the same exercise on this site, you can give me the reference
1: our receptionists work usually part time.
I think that the good sentence is :
our receptionists usually work part time
2: I call rarely my boss at home
my sentence:
I rarely call my boss at home
I begin to learn english, thanks for your answers

3: the factory never is closed
my answer is:
the factory never isn't closed
4: I use everyday email at work
answer:
I use email at work everyday

In my opinion, 4 is ok but 3 isn't good. En English, we never find two negative words in the same sentence. I think that the problem is only the place of never.

The factory is never closed. "Never" exclut l'utilisation de "not".
Every day en 2 mots ici.
