To or not to this is the question !
    Message de the_punisher posté le 13-11-2008 à 14:18:01 (S | E | F)

    Hello !

J'ai un petit doute là dessus :

where did you go to yesterday ? ou Where did you go to yesterday ?

answer : I went to paris yesterday

Merci, c'est le genre de peties choses bien énervantes !

    Hello the punisher,
your two sentences are the same!!
    perhaps you wanted to say:
where did you go to yesterday? or
    where did you go yesterday?
I guess the second one is the right one.

    Bonjour,
"Where did you go yesterday?" est correct; inutile d'employer "to".

Ne mettez pas la construction "who did you talk to?" à toutes les sauces.
    See you.

    Re,

En effet, je me suis trompé...

Where did you go (to) yesterday ?
When did you do to Paris ?

    "I went to Paris yesterday"

Dans la première, le "to" n'est pas indispensable alors ?

    Thanks

    Décidément ! faute de frappe...

    Je recommence :

Where did you go yesterday = ok
When did you go (to) ? + I went to Paris yesterday

Si la question porte sur le moment ou ça s'est passé, je pense qu'il y a "to" ?
