bonjour
j'aurais besoin d'une aide pour corriger des phrases
les voici :
immigration indicates the entrance of foreign persons to a country to stay there and/or to work. France is by its geographical situation and by its history of the former colonial power, a place of crossing of the populations.
France is a country of long-time migration
Il y en a d'autres mais si quelqu'un pouvait deja me corriger celles-là ce serait vraiment génial!!

- Majuscule au premier mot d'une phrase, quel qu'il soit.
- person n'est pour ainsi dire jamais employé au pluriel. Lui préférer people.
- Selon toute vraisemblance, tu as d'abord écrit ton texte en français, puis tenté de le traduire. Erreur fatale.
Efface tout ce que tu as rédigé en français, pour n'en conserver que les idées principales et les mots clés.
Puis rédige DIRECTEMENT en anglais, en t'efforçant de composer des phrases courtes ne comportant pas plus de 2 propositions.
Essaye de penser en anglais et d'oublier le français.
Reprends tes phrases ci-dessus et essaye de les améliorer.
Ce qui est balisé en rouge pose problème. Essaye de comprendre pourquoi.

Voici tes phrases remaniées.
Elles ne sont certes pas parfaites mais j'ai tenu à en conserver les idées en espérant ne pas les avoir dénaturées.
Supprimer ce qui est en rouge.
Suggestions en vert.
