    Correction/expressions
    Message de wafae_75 posté le 01-03-2009 à 17:47:20 (S | E | F)

Bonjour, j'ai quelques expressions à transcrire en anglais parfaitement compréhensible et correct :
    "Better him than the Indians..."
    "Wouldn't mess with them Sioux."
    "Ain't worth no buffalo skins."
"I wouldn't mind pickin' off a brave or two..."
"...you wouldn't live to tell the story."

    J'ai trouvé comme réponse:
"It is better that it happen to him than to the Indians." or "It is better that he do it than that the Indians do it."
    - "I wouldn't try to agitate the Sioux."
    - "It isn't worth buffalo skins." (Je ne sais pas s'il y a de sens figuré.)
    - "I wouldn't mind killing a brave or two."
    - "You wouldn't survive."

    est-ce bon???
Thanks a lot for your help !!
