    Good evening,
It seems you've got a lot of things to review...

    help me plis!
je doit poser les question, elles sont correctes ou pas?????????
    1. Tried you to stop smoking?(I guess you meant "tu as essayé d'arrêter de fumer?" so here you've got to use what we call "present perfect": have= auxiliary+ past participle of the verb. This is a question, so the structure is : auxiliary+subject+verb.)
    2. scine(sorry I really can't guess what you mean. "seen"?) when do you use the patches?
3.How long have these symptoms?"Here again, you've got to use the "present perfect", but in your sentence the verb is missing.. it's "have")
    4. When it started these symptoms?(you're using another form: past simple, but the structure is the same: auxiliary+subject+verb? see how it works! "past simple" I said, there are lessons on that here)
5.How long do you cough?(sorry to say, here it's a bit more complex: "present perfect"+"be+-ing", i.e present perfect continuous. There are lessons to be found here..)
    6. Are you under treatment now?(this one correct seems to me)

I'm sorry about that: you've got to learn quite a lot of things! but it can be exciting! and it is! so go ahead!
I hope you won't feel frustrated...
