    Bonjour,
J'aimerais savoir quelle est l'expression idiomatique en français pour traduire : " Don't let him get inside your head "

    Hello!

This is the same as saying "Don't let it [or what he says] bother you". The sense of "getting inside one's head" means that something someone says or does causes you to become stressed about it, to think or to become obsessed about it. Another idiomatic phrase that means essentially the same thing is: "Don't let it get to you" (i.e. don't let it (the words, etc.) get inside you). This reminds me of a famous quote by Eleanor Roosevelt:

"All the water in the world cannot drown you unless it gets inside of you."

En espérant de vous avoir aidé
