    Notre professeur d'anglais nous a demandé d'écrire une production. Voici le sujet:
    you have received a letter from an English-speaking friend of yours.He asked you for advice about getting into shape and eating healthy food.Write a letter to him, giving practical advice on fitness and healthy eating.
    Voici la lettre que j'ai écrite:

    Dear …,
    I’m writing you to thank you for your letter where I’ve understood that you need some advice about getting into shape and healthy food. I will try to help you.
    Here are advices about fitness ant healthy thing:
    • Eat a balanced diet with more fruits and vegetables and less fat and sugar.
    • Practice a physical activity in order to help your body staying fit. Choose a sport you like and you won’t be bored. You can also practice a relaxing activity like yoga… .
    • Your body and mind work together. Get rid of your problems as quickly as possible and surround your life with what makes you happy: people around you ...
    • Avoid snacking between meals and eating before going to bed.
    • Eliminate stress.
    I hope these advices will help you. I wish you good luck with your healthy lifestyle.
    I’m looking forward your answer, and next letter with your news.

    Bonjour,

    - le "where I have understood" est trop calqué sur le français à mon avis,
    - je ne suis pas sûre du "advices" au pluriel. Il me semble que c'est comme "information", il ne prend jamais de "s". Il faut par exemple dire "pieces of advice".
    A confirmer par un anglophone ou un prof d'anglais...

    Hello,

    c'est exact ces mots collectifs sont singuliers avec un sens pluriel(luggage, information, advice,furniture,hair)
    This information is interesting: ces renseignements.....
    Listen to my advice: Ecoutez mes conseils.

    Si on en veut un seul, c'est un peu comme pour le chocolat, on en casse un morceau.
    a piece of furniture: un meuble.
    a piece of advice: un conseil.
    a piece of information: un renseignement.


    Il est vrai que "I see that, I understand that, I realize that" suffiraient dans ce texte.
