Would you please tell me the meaning of "offa" in the following sentence?
Looks like I've get you offa my mind.
Do you know what Dorothy Moore wants to say here:
"Ohh honey, just the mention of your name turns "the flicker to a flame"

Donc "turns the flicker to the flame" veut dire transforme l'étincelle en flamme. C'est ça?

Oui, c'est la traduction littérale. On pourrait dire aussi quelque chose comme:
-La seule évocation de ton nom m'embrase/m'enflamme.
