    Present perfect/prétérit
    Message de taranghiano77 posté le 12-10-2012 à 11:58:08 (S | E | F)
    Bonjour,

In order to meet your request we have reviewed our offer. We decided to supply equipment ( first table in chapter 3.1) for 10 euro instead of 11 Euro.
The supervision cost includes visit as needed ( 2-4 visits) for the supervision of works and commissioning including flight, room and board. Honestly we don't want take any risk on that since follow up and commissioning are fundamentals for the success of this project and so your satisfaction.

    Hello,

In order to meet your request we have reviewed our offer. We decided to supply equipment ...
    we reviewed...we decided...
    we have reviewed...we have decided...

The supervision cost includes visit as needed ( 2-4 visits) for the supervision of works and commissioning including flight, room and board. Honestly we don't want to take any risk on that since follow up and commissioning are the fundamentals for the success of this project and so/therefore your satisfaction.
Honestly we can't afford to take any risk...

    Hope this helps.

    Hello

Lucile's advice is good. Here are a few extra suggestions:

In order to meet your request we have reviewed revised our offer.
The supervision cost includes on-site visits as needed ( 2-4 visits) for the supervision of works and commissioning including airfare, room and board.
Honestly we don't want take any risk on that since follow up and commissioning are fundamentals for the success of this project and so your satisfaction.
I think saying "Honestly" is a bit too forceful.
Perhaps: Since on-site visits are crucial to the success of this project and your satisfaction, this work is required.
