The Kentucky Derby......( to be run; run ; it may be run ; is run ) every May at Churchill Downs in Louisville,Kentucky.
May I ask you to choose the appropriate phrase in the bracket to complete the sentence ?

A present tense verb is appropriate for repeated, habitual actions, but run does not agree with the subject.

J'apprécie votre aide et surtout la méthode avec laquelle vous me l'apportez (m'aider à trouver la bonne réponse et non me la communiquer). J'hésite entre "run et is run", cependant " is run" me semble incorrect.
J'aurais plutôt mis "is running".
Or selon Sherry 48 "run" n'est pas en accord avec le sujet. veillez m'éclairer

to run, I ran, run: run peut être aussi un participe passé......

Hello again.
You may be able to think of another verb besides to run. Sorry, my French isn't very good, but could you use se dérouler? In any case, 'run' is not 'en accord' with Kentucky Derby, as you said.
