    Conditionnel /aide
    Message de lalalala posté le 11-05-2015 à 04:53:03 (S | E | F)
    Bonjour,
Je ne comprends pas trop pourquoi dans cet exercice (lien joint), on n'utilise ni will ni would pour exprimer le conditionnel dans certaines phrases et aussi pourquoi dans la phrase 5 de la correction on utilise "would have been canceled" au lieu de "would have canceled" alors que la forme de ce conditionnel est : would have + participe passé.

    Merci d'avance.

    Bonjour
il est normal que dans la subordonnée conditionnelle commençant par if, on ne mette pas would:
si j'avais une colocataire calme, pas " si j'aurais une colocataire calme" (sauf dans "La Guerre des Boutons!)

    1. If I ever see anyone doing anything illegal, I will make (make) a report immediately.
    2. If I had (have) a quiet roommate, I could study more.
    3. They could come sooner if my mother wasn't/ was not /weren't/ were not afraid to fly.
    4. If Pat had arrived on time for work, he would have finished (finish) his task yesterday.

En 5,le concert n'aurait pas été annulé s'il n'avait pas plu ce matin.
    5. The picnic wouldn't have been canceled (not cancel) if it hadn't rained in the morning.
et c'est bien would + have + participe passé passif been canceled

    6. If I win, I will take (take) a short vacation with my family.
    7. If you knew German, you could translate (can translate) this story for me.
    8. If I had known Mary was in town, I would have invited (invite) her to the party.
    9. If I weren't so busy, I would read (read) bedtime stories to my little girl.
    10. If they continue to bother me, I will consider (consider) moving.

Will indique plutôt un futur qu'un conditionnel, un irréel du futur.
