    Bonjour,
pour candidater à mon école je dois répondre à une question, pourriez-vous me dire ce que vous en pensez s'il vous plait?
    Merci pour votre aide.

02.Describe examples of professional experiences in a working environment
To answer this question, I would like to talk about examples of professional experiences as a manager in a luxury hotel.
For instance, to prevent from a tension to contaminate my team, it’s important to to spot the signs of disagreement among your employees. Because of the coherence of the team is the paramount object of a manager, I must act quickly as possible.
If the staff didn’t agree on something and the tension mounted, I should talk to the person who are involved in and made things clear. Secondly, I should round up the staff to discuss about what happened but also how to make sure it won’t happened again. Generally, meetings are the perfect time to exchanges ideas in order to foster collaboration. Additionally, it is also an ideal opportunity to practice the board, and speak at a time when other employees will listen . It is important to frame the meeting by tackling few questions as: What is the exact purpose of the meeting , what is the maturity of the objective , which is directly involved in the team. It is then necessary to include such information black on white when inviting employees to a meeting.
