    Hello sarahl
    Here are some corrections:
Hi every one (everyone is one word) , i wanna (wanna is only spoken not written) improve my readind (misspelled) skills so i start with interdusing my self .
"my name is Sarah i m from Algeria , i used to be a nurse but now i m a teacher . i like learning the foreign langues (misspelled) in order to know the culture of the other countries all around the world ; i used a lot of website (should be plural) to learn English espeacially because i think that it s (it's) the international Language in our days"

Also never write "i" -> it is always a capital letter "I" when used alone or with "I'm"
    Also the word is "introducing"
Good luck with your efforts to learn English
