About knowing the office I am calling is there a shortest way to say it?
Another thing which confuses me a lot is when to use des and les.
Like in the last sentence which starts with SVP = why des fautes and not les fautes?

I think it's like 'the' and 'some'
the cars or cars = les voitures
some cars = des voitures
si je me trompe, corrigez moi ;)
